When the test finds that the cleanliness index is normal, the downdraft or the inflow flow rate is small; Or during the operation of the biosafety cabinet, if the equipment sends an audible and visual alarm and it is caused by the low flow rate of the downdraft or the inflow flow rate (the values displayed in the display window are lower than the design requirements), it indicates that the filter clog is very serious, the fan speed has reached the maximum value, and the system cannot reach the specified wind speed value no matter how it is adjusted, and the filter must be replaced.
(2) Pressure sensor alarm. When the pressure indicator shows a value greater than 170Pa, the alarm system alarms.
(3) Detect the integrity of the high efficiency filter and find a leak.
(4) When the airflow pattern changes. Through the detection, it is found that the vertical air flow (downdraft) has a dead Angle and backflow, there is smoke leaking out from the cabinet, or the smoke entering the cabinet has escaped.
(5) The cumulative running time of the fan on the control panel, if it reaches 10,000 hours, usually the filter needs to be replaced, but it is not necessary to replace, but also to consider the cleanliness of the use of the environment, use habits, etc.
