1. The electric thermostatic incubator is noisy

If the electric thermostatic incubator is equipped with a fan, there may be foreign objects entering the fan, or the fan bearing lacks oil. Simply remove the foreign matter or add oil to the bearing. If no circulating fan is installed, check the internal temperature control system and ask a professional to repair it.

2. On the power switch, the trip occurs

In this case, you can directly consider replacing the incubator heating tube, and check whether the fuse is damaged.

3. Turn on the power, the machine does not respond

Check whether the power cable is plugged in, whether the socket is powered, and whether the fuse is blown. If the fuse is broken, replace the fuse.

4. The incubator is not heated and there is an alarm sound

If the circulating fan of the incubator works normally at this time, and the temperature control is displayed as "--", the fault is generally caused by the damage of the incubator sensor, please replace the sensor.

5. The electric thermostatic incubator is not heated but the temperature controller shows normal

This kind of fault is usually the heater is damaged, please replace the heater. During maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the circulating fan. If the fan does not run, it will also cause no heating.

6. The temperature in the working room of the electric thermostatic incubator is not uniform

If this phenomenon occurs, it is necessary to check whether the items in the incubator block the air outlet or air intake of the circulating fan, or there are too many items in the incubator.
