When operating and using the biochemical incubator, it is not appropriate to use the biochemical incubator in abnormal environments such as high voltage, high current and strong magnetic field, so as to avoid interference and damage and danger. When cleaning the biochemical incubator, wipe the inner wall of the box with gauze soaked in alcohol for sterilization and disinfection, and then wipe the alcohol clean with dry gauze. If the equipment is not used for a long time, please unplug the power supply. At the same time do a good job of each use of the instrument operation, failure, abnormal records, problems in time maintenance.

Specific points to note are as follows:

1. Before opening the biochemical incubator, we should be fully familiar with and understand the instructions of each component instrument and instrument, and master the correct use method.

2. Install it as far as possible in a place where the air is quiet and the temperature changes are small, with a three-pin plug, and the socket should be properly grounded.

3. It is strictly forbidden to contain volatile chemical solvents, explosive gases and combustible gases in the box; Do not use flammable sprays near the incubator to avoid ignition by electric sparks.

4.. After the end of the culture, turn the power switch to "0", if you do not take out the items immediately, please do not open the door.

5. In order to ensure effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm. The side of the box should have a 50mm gap, and the top of the box should have at least 300mm space.

6. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean every day, and should be cleaned after each use. Long-term use should be covered with plastic dust cover, placed in the dry room, at the same time, the box wall inner liner and equipment surface should be wiped frequently to keep clean, increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solution.

Stop using, turn off the main power key, and the power switch at the back of the device. At the same time, avoid frequent opening the door when working to keep the temperature stable and prevent dust and dirt from entering.
